Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the photographs.

Additionally contained in this new document drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had created plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a key detailing distinct sections of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.

Additional materials made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
